2004-2007年宜宾市细菌性痢疾流行病学特征分析

目的探讨细菌性痢疾发病的流行病学特点。方法对2004-2007年宜宾市细菌性痢疾疫情资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果4年来,共报告发病3 921例,年平均发病率为19.80/10万,发病率最高为25.27/10万,最低为15.15/10万;翠屏区、高县、筠连县、宜宾县占全市总发病数的63.56%;散居儿童为主占34.10%,其次为农民和学生,分别占19.10%和12.68%;0～9岁年龄组占49.43%;7～9月为发病高峰,占发病总数的40.30%。结论宜宾市细菌性痢疾的年龄构成以0～9岁年龄组儿童最多,7～9月是发病高峰,菌痢的防治仍是该地区应重点防治的传染病。

Epidemiological Characteristics of Bacillary Dysentery in Yibin City From 2004 to 2007

Objective To explore epidemiological characteristics of bacillary dysentery. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the basis of reports of epidemic situation of bacillary dysentery in Yibin city from 2004 to 2007. Results During the four years, 3 921 cases were reported. The annual inci- dence was 19.8/100, 000. The highest incidence was 25.57/100, 000 and the lowest incidence was 15. 15/ 100, 000. The cases in Cuiping district, Gao Xian county, Junlian county and Yibin county accounted for 63.5% in total cases. The cases among scattered children accounted for 34. 10%, farmers and students ac- counted for 19. 10% and 12. 68%, respectively. The cases among the age group of 0-9 years accounted for 49.43%. The incidence peak was seen from July to September and 40. 30% of total cases occurred during this period. Conclusions Most of bacillary dysentery cases in Yibin city were among the age group of 0-9 years. The incidence peak was seen from July to September. The prevention and control of bacillary dysentery should be emphasized by local relative departments.
