一次性根管治疗在口腔美学修复中的应用

目的：观察分析需要美学修复的活髓牙一次性根管治疗的术后反应和远期治疗情况,评价一次性根管治疗的可行性。方法：选取162例要求美学修复前牙的患者共310例活髓前牙,进行一次性根管治疗后采取桩核冠或全冠修复。结果：经治疗后1个月、3个月、1年电话回访主观症状及患者复诊X片检查,均无明显异常。结论：一次性根管治疗对于活髓牙效果理想,能节省患者时间达到快速美学修复,更令患者接受,临床上值得推广。

Management of One-visit Endodontic Treatment in Oral Aesthetic Restoration

Objective：To clinically evaluate the postoperative pain level and long-term healing of one-visit endodontic treatment for vital teeth.Method：Select three hundreds and ten vital anterior of one hundred and sixty-two patients to have been porcelain purpose after one-visit endonontic treatments.Result：Referral of patients subjective symptoms and a return visit to X ray examination after one month and three months and one year,there were no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion：One-visit endodontic treatment for vital teeth had satisfactory results and could save time,even more patients in clinical practice should be promoted.
