| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨使用微血管减压术治疗老年原发性面肌痉挛的效果。方法：回顾性分析清华大学玉泉医院应用微血管减压术治疗老年原发性面肌痉挛的治疗效果。结果：656例患者中总治愈率为98.17%,复发2例。结论：采用微血管减压手术治疗老年原发性面肌痉挛的效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the use of microvascular decompression for treatment for elderly patients with primary hemifacial spasm effects.Method：To retrospectively analyze the application microvascular decompression for treatment of elderly patients with primary hemifacial spasm.Result：656 patients cured,total cure rate was 98.17%,and 2 cases of recurrence.Conclusion：Microvascular decompression for the surgical treatment of elderly patients with primary hemifacial spasm is effective. |
