| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乌藤镇痛胶囊镇痛及活血化瘀作用。方法：小鼠尾尖压痛法探讨乌藤镇痛胶囊镇痛作用;大鼠皮下注射大量盐酸肾上腺素附加冰水浴造急性血瘀模型,观察其对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学各指标的影响。结果：乌藤镇痛胶囊能显著提高物理刺激引起的小鼠痛阀;明显降低血瘀模型的大鼠全血（高切、低切）粘度、血浆高切粘度和全血还原粘度,也可显著降低血沉值、红细胞压积和血浆纤维蛋白原含量。结论：乌藤镇痛胶囊有明显的镇痛、活血化瘀作用。
