| 摘 要： | 目的:对比研究股骨近端锁定钢板与动力髋螺钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折64例,其中40例应用动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定,24例应用股骨近端锁定加压钢板(LCP)固定,观察切口长度、手术时间、出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间。随访观察术后并发症发生情况,术后1年髋关节功能Harris评分。结果:2组切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量及骨折愈合时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),根据Harris评分1年后髋关节功能优良率,LCP组95.83%,DHS组80%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:LCP在股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗中相对于DHS无论出血量,手术时间,术后疗效均有较大优势,值得临床推广应用。
