| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨地佐辛复合丙泊酚用于自凝刀射频治疗子宫肌瘤的安全性和有效性。方法:40例子宫肌瘤患者在自凝刀射频消融过程中给予地佐辛复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉,观察用药前后生命体征,不良反应及术后VAS和Ramsay评分。结果:(1)用药前后平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度、呼吸频率均略有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但仍在正常范围。(2)VAS评分,术后15 min为(0.9±1.0)分,并分别与0.5,1,2 h时评分比较,差异无统计学意义。(3)Ramsay评分,术后15 min为(2.4±0.5)分,术后1,2 h所有患者均评为2分,达到离开术后恢复室标准。结论:地佐辛复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉方案用于自凝刀射频治疗子宫肌瘤手术,能达到术中良好的镇静镇痛效果,有效抑制应激反应,稳定血流动力学,并能在术后提供有效的镇痛作用,是一种安全有效的麻醉方案。
