| 摘 要： | 目的:观察刃针结合手法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法:将120例颈源性头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,治疗组运用刃针结合手法治疗,对照组予普通针刺合川芎嗪片口服,治疗3周后作VAS评分及疗效评价,3个月后随访。结果:治疗组治愈39例(65.0%)、有效17例(28.3%)、无效4例(6.7%);对照组治愈21例(35.0%)、有效27例(45.0%)、无效12例(20.0%)。2组疗效相比,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:刃针结合手法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效显著。
