| 摘 要： | 目的：观察冻干治疗用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗（微卡）治疗慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）中的有效性和安全性。方法：CHB60例分成2组。治疗组：33例，主要用药为母牛分枝杆菌菌苗（微卡）＋乙肝疫苗＋双嘧达莫。对照组：27例，常规保肝治疗，主要用药为肌苷＋葡糖醛酸＋维生素C。6个月为1个疗程。结果：治疗组HBV-DNA、HBeAg阴转12例（36．36％），无不良反应。两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：冻干治疗用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗治疗CHB安全有效，无不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect and safety of the freeze - dried M. vaccae vaccine for therapy ( Vaccae ) in treating the CHB (chronic hepatitis B) . Method: 60 cases of CHB were divided into two groups. In the treatment group with 33 cases, the major medicines were freeze - dried M. vaccae vaccine for therapy, HBB and dipyridamole. In the control group with 27 cases, a regular treatment was offered to protect the liver. The major medicines are glucurone, inosi-num and vitamin C. One treatment course was 6 months. Result:In the treatment group, HBV-DNA and HBeAg of 12 cases (36.36%) improved without ADR(Adverse Drug Reaction) curative effects. The difference of the two groups obvious (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Treating CHB with the freeze - dried M. vaccae vaccine for therapy is safe and effective without any ADR. |
