| 摘 要： | 目的 研究经阴道超声对剖宫产切口憩室的诊断价值.方法 选择有剖宫产史,临床症状为经期延长或经血过多或阴道不规则出血的20例患者行经阴道超声检查.结果 17例患者剖宫产切口处形成憩室,3例为切口处妊娠.结论 经阴道超声检查较碘油造影或宫腔镜简便、便宜、无创,是发现剖宫产切口憩室最佳检查方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound on cesarean scar diverticulum. Methods The findings of transvaginal uhrasonography of 20 patients with the history of cesarean section and the clinical symptoms of prolonged menstruation or menorrhagia and irregular vaginal bleeding were analyzed. Results Cesarean scar diverticulum occurred in 17 patients, and cesarean scar pregnancy in 3 patients. Conclusion Campared with iodine oil radiography or hysteroscopy, transvaginal ultrasound examination is simple, inexpensive, noninvasive, so it＇s the best diagnostic method of cesarean scar diverticulum. |
