养老院老年人生活质量的现状研究

目的：调查沈阳市养老院老年人生活质量的现状,研究影响老年人生活质量的因素。方法：用分层随机抽样法选取沈阳市5所公办养老院老年人及居家老年人各160名,对符合入选条件者使用问卷调查,问卷包括老年人一般情况表和老年人生活质量评定表。结果：调查结果显示,影响沈阳市养老院老年人生活质量的主要因素包括：身体健康状况、智力水平、社会活动参与情况;通过与居家老人生活质量的比较,发现养老院老人的身体健康状况、心理健康状况及社会活动参与情况均低于居家老人。结论：与居家老年人相比,沈阳市养老院老年人生活质量还需进一步提高。同时也提出了提高养老院老年人生活质量的对策建议,供养老行业管理部门参考。

Survey on the Status Life Quality of Nursing Home Elderly in Shenyang

Objective:To survey the status life quality of nursing home elderly in Shenyang in order to understand the factors affecting the quality.Methods:160 elderly were taken from 5 Shenyang city public nursing homes and elderly living at home with the principle of stratified random sampling,and the older person who met the inclusion criteria with a questionnaire which includes of Elderly general table and the elderly,quality of life rating scale were surveyed.Results:Through the investigation,the factors affecting the quality of the Shenyang City nursing home elderly includes of physical health,intelligence level and participation in social activities.Compared the elderly living quality with them who are living at home and nursing home through the investigation,we understood the living quality of elderly who were living in nursing home were worse than those who were living at home,especially in the respects of physical health,intelligence level and participation in social activities.Conclusion:Through the investigation,understanding the factors affecting the quality of the Shenyang City nursing home elderly in order to provide a basis for the management of the old-age industries developing relevant policies,to achieve the purposes that further improve the quality of life of the elderly in nursing homes.
