血清同型半胱氨酸水平与脑梗死的相关性研究

目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与脑梗死的相关性。方法应用统计学方法对比分析入选的67例脑梗死患者及32例健康对照组的Hcy表达水平。结果脑梗死组患者的TC、TG、HDL—C均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.05），脑梗死组患者的Hcy明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．05），脑梗死组出现高Hcy血症的发生率明显高于健康对照组（P〈0．05）。不同的梗死灶Hcy水平比较显示，随着梗死灶的扩大，Hcy水平也逐渐增加。结论脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平明显升高，且Hcy与脑梗死的严重程度关系密切，值得临床予以关注。

Relevant study on serum homocysteine levels and cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the relevance of serum homocysteine(Hcy) levels and cerebral infarction.Methods Statistical methods were used to comparative analysis Hcy expression levels of 67 patients with cerebral infarction patients and 32 healthy patients.Results Cerebral infarction in patients with TC,TG,HDL-C were significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05),and cerebral infarction in patients with Hcy was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05),and cerebral infarction with high Hcy hyperlipidemia were significantly higher than the healthy control group(P < 0.05).Hcy levels were increasing with the expansion of infarctions.Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction serum homocysteine levels are significantly increased,and has the closely relationship with the severity of Hcy.It is worthy of attention.
