| 摘 要： | 目的:通过观察化疗期间应用氟西汀对乳腺癌伴抑郁障碍的患者的影响,探讨此类患者的状况及干预治疗方法。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对300例化疗期乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查,将符合抑郁症诊断标准的117例患者随机分为实验组(60例)和对照组(57例),实验组以氟西汀干预。结果:化疗期乳腺癌患者的SDS总分显著高于国内常模(P<0.05);实验组患者干预后SDS总分显著低于干预前和同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化疗阶段是乳腺癌患者发生抑郁的危险时期,氟西汀能明显改善其抑郁症状。 |
