| 摘 要： | 人工晶体植入术后，因严重并发症而取出入工晶体者，国外已多有报道。国内人工晶体植入手术起步较晚，有关报告尚未见正式发表。但由于取出人工晶体本身的严重性和对眼球的破坏性，已经越来越引起人们的高度重视。现将所遇6例人工晶体取出病例报告如下，并对取出原因及后果作一讨论。临床资料所有6例均为PMMA后房型人工晶体植入水后，男5例，女1例，年龄34～68岁，平均58．5岁。术前4例为老年性白内障，2例为外伤性白内障，其中1例为后房型人工晶体缝线固定术。6例全部伴有术中后囊膜破裂，其中2例手术超过3小时。人工晶体取出的原因有：…

| Abstract: | Report 6 cases of intraocular lens removal due to serious complications. Two cases of bullous Keratopathy, 2 cases of IoL dislocation and 2 cases of endophthalmitis are included. All of 6 cases is with posterior chamber IOL. The reinterval between the IOL implantation and the IOL explantation was 1 day to 16 months.Removal of 6 IOLs were made through limbus incision.Results: 2 eyes were atrophy; leye was corneal decompensation and others (3 eyes) remained corrested vision. |
