HPLC法检测135例老年糖尿病HbA1c结果分析

目的利用美国伯乐D-10糖化血红蛋白分析仪进行老年糖尿病的糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c。）检测，评价老年人群血糖自我监控水平。方法选择135例老年糖尿病患者，利用高压液相色谱法（HPLC）法检测HbA1c）。根据血糖控制评价标准分成3组，进行统计学分析。结果135例糖尿病患者HbA。平均水平为（7．524±2．02）％，建议增加治疗措施的67例（49．63％），控制达标的42例（31．11％），非糖尿病水平26例（19．26％）。结论HPLC法可以作为HbA。。检测的会指标．老年糖尿病控制达标率低，血糖控制不理想存在因糖尿病并发症的危险，可能存在糖尿病控制的误区。需要加强对此类人群的监控。

Analysis on HbAlc Results of 135 Cases of Elderly Diabetes by HPLC Method

[ Objective ] To use D-10 U. S. Bole glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer to test HbA1c of elderly patients with diabetes, and to evaluate the level of blood glucose self-monitoring among elderly population. [ Methods] HPLC was adopted to test HbA1c of 135 elderly patients with diabetes who were divided into 3 groups, and analyzed statistically. [ Results] HbA1c average level of 135 elderly diabetes cases was （ 7. 524 ± 2.02 ） % , 67 cases （49.63% ） were suggested to take additional treatments, 42 cases （ 31.11% ） were controlled to standard, 26 cases（ 19.26% ） did not reach the diabetic level. [ Conclusion] HPLC method can be taken as gold stand- ard for HbA1c. test. The rate of control standard is low in the elderly diabetes cases, the blood glucose control is unsatisfactory due to the risk of complications of diabetes. The diabetes control should be enhanced in this population.
