摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定莕菜中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量的方法,并对不同产地的药材进行测定.方法:采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS(M)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(86∶14∶0.02);检测波长为210 nm;流速为1.0 mL· min-1;柱温为20℃.结果:齐墩果酸和熊果酸分别在1.02~20.40 μg· mL-1、0.53~10.60 μg· mL-1范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系.结论:该方法简便、准确,可以用于善菜药材的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective: To establish the HPLC method for simultaneously determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Herba Nymphoides peltatdum(Gmel.) O.Kuntze from different habitats.Methods: A shim-pack CLC-ODS(M) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was as methanol-water-phosphate(86∶14∶0.02),the detection wavelength was at 210nm,the flow rate was at 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was at 20℃.Results: The linear rang of oleanolic acid was 1.02~20.4 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997),the linear rang of ursolic acid was 0.53~10.60 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998).Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Herba Nymphoides peltatdum(Gmel.) O.Kuntze.
