| 摘 要： | 临床药师参与哮喘患者的治疗过程,设计哮喘患者教育手册和调查问卷,对实验组与对照组患者进行教育与随访,并在不同阶段进行效果评估.教育后两组患者在哮喘知识、药物应用有显著性差异(P＜0.05),在生活注意事项方面有极显著性差异(P＜0.01).

| Abstract: | Objectice:To discuss the practice and evaluation for education on asthma medication by clinical pharmacists.Methods:The clinical pharmacists participated in the process of asthma therapy,designing the education guide,teaching the patients how to use the medicine and keep the environmental safety.During the process,the clinical pharmacist followed-up the patients.Results:Through these work,the patients improved their knowledge on asthma control,medicine,diet and environment.Conclusion:The control rate of asthma was improved by the clinical pharmacists’ education and managementon patients. |
