大孔树脂分离纯化青钱柳总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:
用收率和纯度为指标,比较6种大孔树脂对青钱柳中总黄酮的分离纯化,以D101型大孔树脂最佳,用其处理总黄酮纯度可达75.1%。

Abstract:
The yields and purities of total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus purified by six kinds of macroporous resins were compared.D101 was proved to be the best resin,by which the purity of total flavonoids was up to 75.1%.
