国产OMOM胶囊内镜对消化道疾病的诊断价值

目的探讨国产OMOM胶囊内镜在消化道疾病,特别是对小肠疾病中的诊断价值。方法总结分析我院2005年7月～2007年7月应用国产OMOM胶囊内镜检查82例,其中61例患者(分为不明原因消化道出血33例,反复发作腹痛、腹泻患者28例)经胃镜和结肠镜等检查,未能发现可解释疾病的原因,21例为健康查体者。其中男性48例,女性34例,年龄16～84岁,平均48.7岁。采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散(恒康正清)做肠道清洁准备,检查前常规肌内注射甲氧氯普胺10mg。结果OMOM胶囊内镜性能稳定,图像清晰。摄像胶囊所携带的电池一般均能满足对全小肠的观察,最短工作时间6:30,最长工作时间8:40,胶囊在胃内停留时间20～60(42.6±12.7)分,到达回盲部时间120～500(336.9±85.1)分。61例中检出小肠疾病28例(45.9%)。21例查体组中,5例见阳性发现(23.8%)。有1例摄像胶囊因小肠狭窄滞留体内,未出现其他不良事件。结论国产OMOM胶囊内镜对小肠疾病的诊断阳性率高,安全无痛苦,具有较好的临床诊断价值,尤其适用于不明原因消化道出血患者。

Diagnostic Value of OMOM Capsule Endoscopy in Gastrointestinal Diseases
