急性脑梗死患者早期康复联合心理护理的效果

目的探讨生命体征稳定后的急性脑梗死患者早期进行康复锻炼联合心理护理的效果。方法选择2006年6月至2009年6月某院经头颅CT检查确诊的90例脑梗死患者,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者接受常规护理和针灸治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上根据病情进行卧位、站立和步行康复锻炼及心理护理。治疗3周后,比较治疗前后两组患者Barthel指数及Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表（Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA）评分的变化。结果入院时两组患者的Barthel指数及FMA评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗3周后,观察组患者Barthel指数及FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论早期康复锻炼联合心理护理能促进急性脑梗死患者的康复。

Effect Analysis on Psychological Nursing and Early Rehabilitation on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the effects of psychological nursing and early rehabilitation on patients with acute cerebral infarction after their vital signs were stable.Methods Ninety patients from June 2006 to June 2009 who were identified with acute cerebral infarction through head CT examination were equally randomized into the observational group and the control group.Routine nursing and acupuncture treatment were applied to the patients of both groups.Then patients in the observational group received lying rehabilitation,standing rehabilitation,walking rehabilitation and psychological rehabilitation for three weeks in accordance with their disease conditions.Finally,a comparative analysis was conducted on the treatment effectiveness of two groups by comparing Baryhel Index and Fugl-meyer Assessment（FMA）before treatment and after the treatment.Results On admission,the Baryhel Index and FMA of the two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）.After three weeks＇ treatment,the Baryhel Index and FMA of the observational group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation and psychological nursing have significant effects on patients with acute cerebral infarction.
