| 摘 要： | 目的：观察托珠单抗(tocilizumab，TCZ)治疗重症活动性类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis，RA)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：12例重症活动性RA接受TCZ治疗，观察并分析TCZ给药前、首次给药后、第3次给药后及第5次给药后各项指标，并记录不良反应发生情况。结果：与治疗前比较，TCZ治疗对休息痛、晨僵、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、患者对疾病活动性总体评价、血沉、C反应蛋白、疾病活动性评分(DAS28)等指标均有不同程度地改善(P<0.05)，无严重不良反应。结论：TCZ能迅速改善重症活动性RA 的症状、体征和炎性活动指标，显著改善疾病活动度，且治疗耐受性好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate therapeutic eff ects and adverse reactions of tocilizumab on patients withsevere active rheumatoid arthritis (RA ).Methods: Twelve patients with severe refractory RA were treated with tocilizumab. Th e clinical andlaboratory indices and the side eff ects were recorded aft er treatment.Results: The clinical and laboratory indices and the disease activity score 28 (DAS28) wereobserved in all patients, which were significantly improved after TCZ therapy (P<0.05), and noobvious adverse reactions were found.Conclusion: Tocilizumab can effectively relieve the symptoms and improve the conditions ofsevere active RA . |
