氧气雾化间歇吸入法应用于老年肺部感染的效果

摘    要:
目的探讨氧气雾化间歇吸入法应用于老年肺部感染的效果。方法将120例老年肺部感染患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。两组患者在一般药物治疗和常规护理的基础上行氧气雾化吸入,观察组采取氧气雾化间歇吸入法,对照组采取氧气持续雾化吸入法,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者舒适度得分、有效排痰时间、痰鸣音消失时间及感染控制时间比较,差异有统计学意义(t分别为22.76、6.5、7.52、3.02,P〈0.05);雾化吸人1h后观察组患者呼吸、血氧饱和度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t分别为4.56、21.12,P〈0.05);两组患者雾化吸入副作用发生情况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=68.76,P〈0.05)。结论氧气雾化间歇吸入法可使老年患者舒适度增加,明显缩短了有效排痰时间、痰鸣爵消失时间及感染控制时间,减少了副作用的发生,提高了老年患者冶疗的效果。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of intermittent oxygen atomization inhalation on elderly patients with pulmonary infection. Methods 120 elderly patients with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into two groups, 60 in the observation group and 60 in the control group. Besides the routine drug treatment and routine nursing, the observation group adopted the intermittent atomization inhalation, while the control group adopted persistent atomization inhalation. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The comfort degree, the time used to eliminate sputum, the disappearing time of cough and the time to control infection of the two groups were compared, and the difference had statistically significance (t =4. 56,21.12;P <0. 05).The difference of the respiration and blood oxygen saturation 1 hour after atomization inhalation of the two groups had statistically significance ( t = 22. 76,6. 5,7. 52,3.02 ; P < 0. 05 ). There were more side effects in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (χ2 = 68.76, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions The intermittent oxygen atomization inhalation can increase the comfort degree of the patients, obviously shorten the time to eliminate inflammation, the disappearing time of cough and the time to control infection, reduce the side effects and improve the therapeutic effect among the patients with pulmonary infection.
