临床路径在骨科试点科室的实施效果

目的探讨临床路径在骨关节外科试点病房对重度膝关节骨性关节炎、胫骨平台骨折、股骨颈骨折3个病种实施的效果评价。方法通过制定符合骨关节外科试点病房重度膝关节骨性关节炎、胫骨平台骨折、股骨颈骨折3个病种的临床路径，并将实施临床路径前后患者的住院天数、医疗费用、健康教育掌握情况、满意度进行比较。结果实施临床路径后患者的住院天数明显缩短、医疗费用降低、对健康教育掌握情况及满意度均有较大提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床路径在目前是最科学、最规范、最先进、最具有可操作性的诊疗服务模式，同时也体现了医疗管理的最终目的是患者满意这一宗旨。

Effect of clinical pathway in Department of Osteology

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical pathway on severe knee osteoarthritis (OA), tibial plateau fractures, femoral neck fracture in bone and joint surgery pilot wards. Methods The clinical pathway consistent with the criteria for severe knee OA, tibial plateau fractures, femoral neck fracture in the bone and joint surgery pilot wards was established. Hospital stay, medical costs, master level of health education and satisfaction for the patients before and after applying the clinical pathway were compared. Results Hospital stay was obviously shortened, medical costs decreased, master level of health education and satisfaction greatly improved after application of the clinical pathway(P <0. 05 ). Conclusions The clinical pathway at present is the most scientific,most standardized, most advanced and operable clinic service model, but also embodies the ultimate goal of medical management-patient satisfaction.
