| 摘 要： | 分析巡回护士在46例拇外翻手术患者行局部神经阻滞麻醉时应用“手术全期护理”的理念进行护理配合的特点，发现“手术全期护理”的理念有利于对患者全身状况准确的评估，以及对局麻药合理的使用，为更好的配合麻醉并顺利完成手术创造条件。 |

| Abstract: | By analyzing regional nerve block anesthesia cooperation characteristics of 46 cases in pollex valgus operations,circulating nurse found that application of"whole-period nursing in surgery"idea into this kind of anesthesia cooperation benefited evaluation of patient's physical status and rational usage of regional anesthesia drugs,which could he helpful for better anesthesia cooperation and operation realization. |
