中药熏蒸配合颈椎9步保健操治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究及护理

目的观察中药熏蒸配合做颈椎9步功能保健操锻炼治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床护理效果。方法将136例患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组56例和观察组80例。对照组采用常规治疗颈椎牵引；观察组在此基础上加中药熏蒸配合每天进行颈椎9步功能保健操锻炼治疗法。治疗3个疗程后，观察两组疗效。结果观察组有效率为93．75％，对照组有效率为78．57％，差异有统计学意义（u=8．658，P〈0．05）；停止治疗后随访3个月，观察组有效率为91．25％，对照组有效为76．78％，差异有统计学意义（u=7．232，P〈0．05）。结论中药熏蒸配合颈椎9步保健操锻炼治疗神经根型颈椎病，对缓解神经根压迫症状疗效明显。

Nursing and studies on fumigation with Chinese medicine treatment of cervical 9 step in cervical spondylosis patients

Objective To observe effects on fumigation with Chinese medicine treatment of cervical 9 step in cervical spondylosis patients. Methods 136 patients were randomly divided into 56 cases in the observation group and 80 cases in control group.
