缬沙坦联用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗社区高血压患者的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨缬沙坦联用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效。方法210例高血压患者随机分为缬沙坦组（口服缬沙坦1日80mg），苯磺酸氨氯地平组（口服苯磺酸氨氯地平1日5mg）和联合组（口服缬沙坦1日80mg，苯磺酸氨氯地平1日5mg），比较3组患者的疗效。结果联合组总有效率94.3％，显著高于缬沙坦组78.6％和苯磺酸氨氯地平组82.9％。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高年患者高血压，疗效显著且不良反应少，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical efficacy of Valsartan combined with AmLodipine besylate in treat-ment of elderly patients with hypertension

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of Valsartan combined with Amlodipine besylate in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.METHODS 210 cases of olderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into valsartan group （valsartan 80mg/d po.）,amlodipine besylate group（amlodipine besylate 5mg/d po.） and combined group （ valsartan 80mg/d and amlodipine besylate 5mg/d po.）.The efficacy of three groups were compared.RESULTS Total efficiency of the combination group was 94.3%, which was significantly higher than valsartan group 78.6%and amlodipine besylate group（82.9%）（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Valsartan com-bined with Amlodipine besylate has significant efficacy and less adverse reactions of which is worthy of clinical use .
