| 摘 要： | １９８４年１０月～１９９３年２月共收治原发性纵隔肿瘤８６例，其中胸腺瘤４３例（占５０％）。４３例中良性胸腺瘤占６２．８％，恶性胸腺瘤３７．２％；７例合并重症肌无力。手术切除率９０．７％；５ａ生存率６９．２％。对本病的发病率、诊断和治疗，以及肌无力危象的预防及抢救进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Eighty six cases of primary mediastinal tumors admitted to our hospital were treated by operation during the period from October 1984 to February 1 993.Forty three cases of them were with thymoma.The benign thymoma and malignant thymoma account-ed for 62.8%and 37.2%, respectively. Seven of them were complicated with myasthenia gravis.The excision rate was 90.7%. The 5-year survival rate was 69.2%. The incidence rate, diagnosis,treatment of thymoma and prevention and treatment of crisis of myasthe-nia gravis were discussed. |
