临床带教医生人格力量在实习生医德养成中的作用

摘    要:临床带教医生在临床工作,指导见习、实习学生和日常生活中表现出的人格力量对于实习学生医德养成具有导向作用、示范作用、感染作用和晕轮效应。临床带教医生必须注重良好道德人格的塑造,医院要重视道德评价与监督的有机结合,实现临床带教医生他律与自律的有机结合与统一,有效地促进临床带教医生良好道德人格的形成。

Abstract:Clinical tutors' personality manifesting during the process of clinical practice and daily communication with medical interns has a series of influences on medical ethics formation of medical interns, including influences of direction, demonstration, contraction, and halo effect. Thus, clinical tutors should pay attention to cultivating a decent moral personality, and hospitals should value the proper combination of moral evaluation and supervision for medical staff in order to achieve the unity of heteronomous morality and self disciphne, and effectively promote the formation of decent morality and personality of clinical tutors.
