| 摘 要： | 目的 观察口怡方治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效.方法 将80例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例采用口怡方治疗,对照组40例采用口服维生素B2及西地碘治疗,疗程均为2周.在就诊当天及治疗第5、14 d评价平均溃疡期和疼痛指数.结果 治疗组第5、14 d平均溃疡期缩短,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05...

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of Kouyi decoction in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers（RAU）.Methods Eighty patients with RAU were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group were supplied with Kouyi decoction,and patients in the control group were given VitB2 tablets and Cydiodine tablets.The therapeutic course was two weeks in two groups.At the time point of day1,day5 and day14,the clinical effects were evaluated with duration of RAU and pain index.Results The duration of RAU was shortened in the treatment group than that of control group（P0.05）.The pain index of day5 was also significantly reduced in the treatment group compared to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Kouyi decoction can shorten the duration of RAU,alleviate the pain and enhance the effective rate.Its clinical effects are better than that of oral taking VitB2 tablets and Cydiodine tablets. |
