| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of Oxaliplatin combined with Xeloda(XELOX) in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 29 patients with advanced gastric cancer received intravenous infusion of Oxaliplatin at the dose of 130 mg/m2 on day 1,and oral administration of Xeloda at1 000 mg/m2 twice a day on days 1~14.The chemotherapy was repeated every 21 days and the efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles.Results The overall response rate was 44.8%(13/29).One of 29 patients achieved a compl... |
