10例肾外伤破裂时肾动脉栓塞术的应用

目的 :观察肾外伤破裂对肾动脉栓塞术的疗效。方法 :对本院1997～2002年肾外伤破裂出血行肾动脉栓塞治疗的10例进行分析。结果 :8例为选择性栓塞 ,1例右肾动脉干栓塞失败 ,为肾蒂伤 ,1例行左肾动脉干栓塞。栓塞成功9例 ,1例栓塞无效行肾切除。结论 :适宜地选用肾动脉栓塞止血可有效快速治疗外伤性肾破裂 ,可减少手术及手术带来的切肾率 ,特别是对一些难以手术的病例 ,肾动脉栓塞术有独到的应用价值。

Application of renal artery embolization in treating traumatic rupture of kidney in 10 cases

Objective:To observe the effect of renal artery emboization in treating traumatic rupture of kidney.Methods:10 cases with traumatic rupture of kidney treated with renal artery embolization in our hospital from 1997 to 2002 were retrospectivehy analysed.Results:Selective renal artery embolization was performed in 8 cases.Right renal artery truncus embolization was performed in 1 case,which was failure on renal pedicle injury,left renal artery truncus embolization in 1 case.Among them,9 cases were successful,only one was ineffective to be changed by nephrectomy.Conclusion:The reasonable selective hemostasis of renal artery embolization used for the treatment of traumatic rupture of kidney is effective and fast,which can reduce the nephrectomy rate caused by operation and its correlation factors,especially on some patients which are difficult to operation.Renal artery embolization has an original value of application.
