山核桃树枝水煎剂的抑瘤作用及其对S180荷瘤小鼠IL-2和IL-4影响的实验研究

目的:探讨山核桃树枝水煎剂(DJM)的抑瘤作用及其对S180荷瘤小鼠外周血白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)的方法检测荷瘤鼠外周血IL-2和IL-4的水平。结果:DJM对荷瘤鼠的抑瘤率为35.68%,DJM对荷瘤鼠外周血IL-2水平较模型组明显升高(P<0.01),IL-4水平较模型组降低(P<0.05)。结论:DJM对S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤组织的生长具有明显的抑制作用;DJM可通过提高荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-2水平,降低IL-4水平来逆转Th1/Th2漂移,发挥抗肿瘤作用。

Study on the Anti-tumor Effect and Effect on the Level of IL-2 and IL-4 by the Decoction of Branch of Juglans Maxim in Mice Bearing S_(180) Tumor Cells

Objective: To study the anti-tumor effect and the influence on the level of IL-2 and IL-4 by the decoction of branch of Juglans Maxim(DJM) in mice bearing S180 tumor cells.Methods: The level of IL-2 and IL-4 from bearing sarcpma-180 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results: The tumor inhibitory rate of DJM in tumor-bearing mice was 35.68%;DJM can obviously increase the level of IL-2(P<0.01)and decrease the level of IL-4(P<0.05)when compared with model group.Conclusion: DJM has conspicuous inhibitory effect to the growth of tumor-bearing mice sarcoma-180 tumor and shows anti-tumor function by increasing the level of IL-2 and decreasing the level of IL-4 to reverse the drift of Th1/Th2.
