| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨糖尿病下肢动脉病变与血瘀证的关系，为临床早期防治糖尿病下肢动脉病变提供依据。方法对纳入的459例糖尿病患者进行基本信息和中医临床信息的采集及下肢动脉病变临床诊查。辨证分型为兼血瘀证组和无血瘀证组。对其中147例患者进行下肢动脉病变相关指标检测。观察糖尿病下肢动脉病变与血瘀证之间的关系。结果近75％的糖尿病患者合并有血瘀证。兼血瘀证组糖尿病下肢动脉病变（DLEAD）的患病率明显高于无血瘀证组（P〈0．01）。血瘀对DLEAD危险度估计的OR值为4．737。兼血瘀证组外周动脉疾病的患病率明显高于无血瘀证组（P〈0．01）。结论大多数糖尿病患者都合并有血瘀。血瘀是糖尿病下肢动脉病变的重要致病因素。
