射频靶点热凝术联合三氧注射治疗颈椎间盘突出症

摘    要:目的 探讨射频热凝术和三氧注射联合治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床效果和安全性.方法 回顾分析颈椎间盘突出症患者26例采用射频靶点热凝术联合三氧注射治疗.射频每个靶点分别施行40℃、60℃、70℃、80℃热凝1 min各1次,90℃热凝1 min 3~4次,每个病变盘注射50 μg/ml的三氧气体3~6ml.根据改良MacNab评价法对比观察患者治疗前、后1、3、6个月的疗效.结果 以术后6个月为评判标准,优16例,良4例,可6例,差0例,优良率为76.9%,有效率为100%,所有患者均未见严重并发症.结论 射频热凝术和三氯注射联合治疗颈椎间盘突出症是一种安全有效的方法.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of radiofrequency thermocoagulation (RT) combined with ozone injection on the treatment of cervical disc herniation. Methods Twenty-six patients with cervical disc herniation were selected for the treatment by radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone injection. Each target spot was received a 60 second thermocoagulation treatment at 40℃, 60℃, 70℃, 80℃ respectively, followed by 3-4 times of 60 second treatments at 90℃. Then ozone (50 μg/ml) 3-6 ml was injected into each hernia disc. The effect was evaluated at 1, 3 and 6 months according to MacNab's criteria. Results After six months, 16 and 4 patients were graded as excellent and good effect respectively, and the other 6 patients also had some improvements than before the treatment. The overall effect rate was 100% and without any complications. Conclusions Combination of RT and ozone injection is safe and effective method in treatment of cervical disc herniation.
