鼻咽癌放射治疗前后可溶性白细胞介素—2受体水平变化及临床意义

目的：测定鼻咽癌患者放射治疗前后可溶性白细胞介素－２受体水平。方法：测定了５５例鼻咽癌患者血清可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平治疗前后的变化并与３５例健康成人对照。结果：鼻咽癌患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平较正常对照明显升高，治疗后１个月、３个月及６个月逐渐下降，治疗后６个月血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平回升预示肿瘤的复发转移。结论：提示ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ可作为鼻咽癌临床诊断病情监测又一新的免疫生物学指标。

Significance of Soluble Interleukin 2 Receptor Changes in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Cancer before and after Radiotherapy

Soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) serum levels were measured in 55 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer and in 35 healthy individuals as control . The levels of sIL 2R elevated significantly before radiotherapy in the NPC group as compared with the control, and the levels gradually declined 1,3,6 months after irradiation. The re increase of sIL 2R 6 months after treatment predicted relapse or metastasis of NPC. The results suggest that sIL 2R can be used as a new marker of the immunobiological response of the host in monitoring the clinical course of NPC.
