| 摘 要： | 为了解Ｔ－２毒素对骨生长代谢的影响，我们应用骨形态计量学及硬组织切片法研究了Ｔ－２毒素对骨矿化的影响。结果发现，Ｔ－２毒素可影响大鼠骨矿化率及类骨质形成。结果提示：Ｔ－２毒素可抑制骨组织生长发育。 |

| Abstract: | In order to find out the effect of T - 2 toxin on growth and metabolism of bone, methods of bone morphological measurement were used on rats exposed to T - 2 toxin to observe the influence of T - 2 toxin on bone mineralization. The results showed that T - 2 toxin exposure retarded bone mineralization and osteoid formation. T - 2 token may depress the development and growth of bone. |
