摘    要:
本文应用Zeta电位测定仪研究了139—10号注射液中微粒的电泳性质。实验结果表明:微粒是荷负电荷;随着分散介质离子强度的增加,微粒的ζ电位降低;微粒表面吸附人参多糖后,ζ电位降低。处方组成不同,ζ电位不同。

Abstract:
The microelectrophotoresis of 139-10 was investigated with a Zeta potentialmeter.The results showed that the Zeta potential of 139-10 increased when the pH of dispersionphase increased, the Zeta potential of 139-10 decreased when the ion strength of dispersionphase increased, the Zeta potential of 139-10 decreased when ginseng polysaccharide wasadded, liposome membrane composition influenced its Zeta potential.
