| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术切除联合羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床价值。方法对36例(36眼)手术后复发的翼状胬肉,在手术显微镜下切除胬肉及有关病变组织,同时行人羊膜移植术。结果36例全部成功,随访12~24个月,2例复发,复发率为5.56%。结论复发性翼状胬肉手术切除联合羊膜移植效果好,复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of amniotic membrane transplantion combining operation resection on the treatment of recurrent pterygium.Methods total of 36 patents(36 eyes) with recurrent pterygium were treated with operation resection and amniotic membrane transplantation under microscope.Results Pterygium recurred in two patients(two eyes) during a l2~24 months' follow-up,and the recurrence rate was 5.56%.Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation combining opertation is an effective method to recurrent pterygium,and the recurrence rate is low. |
