| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对比乳腺癌原代培养细胞对吡柔比星和表柔比星的药物敏感性,来评估吡柔比星和表柔比星在乳腺癌中敏感性的差别,并进一步指导临床化疗药物的选择.方法 收集天津医科大学附属肿瘤医院乳腺中心129例原发性乳腺癌患者的新鲜癌组织,采用胶原凝胶体包埋肿瘤细胞原代培养法培养原代乳腺癌细胞,检测其对吡柔比星和表柔比星的敏感性.结...
