系统保留盆腔自主神经的广泛性子宫切除术在宫颈癌根治术中的临床应用

宫颈癌的手术治疗经历了100余年的发展过程。20世纪初Wertheim提出经腹广泛性子宫切除术及盆腔淋巴清扫术,奠定了宫颈癌根治术的基础,成为宫颈癌手术治疗的经典手术方式。但由于手术范围大、创伤大,主要是术中损伤了盆腔自主神经,给患者带来了一些不良反应(膀胱、直肠及性功能的减退和丧失)。为了减少并发症,提高患者生存质量,术中如何避免和减少对分布到膀胱、直肠及阴部神经的损伤,是防止和减少并发症发生的一个关键。因此,系统保留盆腔自主神经的广泛性子宫切除术(SNSRH)就成为近年来妇科肿瘤界研究热点,本文就SNSRH在宫颈癌根治术中的临床应用进行综述。
