| 摘 要： | 医患沟通贯穿于整个医疗活动过程,沟通不仅影响医患关系、医疗质量、治疗效果,而且涉及医疗纠纷的发生和激化。本文就目前医患沟通的要求、方式及方法等进行探讨,着眼于医患间建立有效的双向交流,促进和谐、互动式的新型医患关系的良性发展。为构建和谐医患关系和和谐社会提供有利的指导。

| Abstract: | Doctor- patient communication runs through entire process of medical treatment activity,the effective communication not only affects doctor- patient relationship,medicaltreatment quality, curative effect, but also involved occurrence and intensification of medical bother. The article discusses requirement, manners and methods of doctor- patient communication at the present time,and emphasizes the foundation of effective intercommunication between doctors and patients, and promoting nicer development of harmonious and interactive new type doctor - patient relationship. |
