| 摘 要： | 目的 研究消除碘缺乏病的对策与措施,评价效果.方法 1994～1996年对重点人群进行口服碘油丸,1997年起全民普供碘盐,重点地区综合干预,逐年开展碘盐监测,抽样监测儿童甲状腺肿大率、智商、尿碘,评价防治效果.结果 2001～2007年,居民碘盐覆盖率为94.2%～98.4%,合格碘盐食用率为83.5%～94.1%;儿童甲状腺肿大率由1994年的43.2%(触诊)显著降至2005年的10.5%(触诊)和9.9%(B超),2007年再降至7.8%(触诊)和7.3%(B超),尿碘近7年稳定在250μg/L左右,智商由2002年的103.2显著提高至2005年的106.3,2007年实现基本消除碘缺乏病阶段目标.结论 全民普供碘盐和碘盐监测为主的碘缺乏病防治对策与措施取得显著成效.
