| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺心胶囊对慢性肺源性心脏病(CPHD)患者的治疗效果及作用机理。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上以口服肺心胶囊治疗,2个月后,测定患者血中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)的含量。结果:经治疗后,肺心胶囊可显著提高患者血中NO的含量、降低ET-1的含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:肺心胶囊对CPHD患者有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To research the effect and the mechanism of FeiXin capsules on patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease（CPHD）.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was regularly treated by western medicine,and the treatment group was treated by FeiXin capsules that was taken orally,then nitrogen monoxidum（NO） and endothelin-1（ET-1） were examined.Results： Detected items of the FeiXin capsules group were better than the control group,FeiXin capsules could evidently improve the content of NO in serums and evidently reduce the content of ET-1in plasm（P0.01or P0.05）.Conclusion： FeiXin capsules has better therapeutic effect to patients of the CPHD,is worthy to be popularized. |
