基于文献计量学的中医脑病证候影像学研究现状分析

目的通过分析利用神经影像技术探讨中医脑病证候的研究状况,为今后的研究提供参考和借鉴。方法检索1997年1月1日-2018年12月31日于中国知网(CNKI)、维普网(CQVIP)、万方医学网(WANFANG DATA)和中国生物科学文献数据库(CBMdisc)发表的利用影像技术研究中医脑病证候的文献,采用文献计量学方法对研究基本概况、设计方法、结果等方面进行系统梳理,并以研究最多的病症为例对检查方法和研究结果进行分析。结果共纳入52篇文献,其中硕博士学位论文占比较高(65%)。44篇文献的研究方法采用1种影像技术,8篇采用2种及以上影像技术。研究最多的病症为缺血性卒中(18篇)和抑郁症(10篇),其结果均显示疾病不同证型的影像表现各不相同。结论证型与病变部位存在相关性提示影像检查可指导中医证候分型;研究者还应加大研究力度,更加注意研究设计的严谨可行性。

Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome patterns: state of the art in imaging manifestations of encephalopathy based on bibliometric analysis

Objective To investigate the current situation of using neuroimaging technology to study the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome patterns,in order to provide information for further research.Methods The literatures of neuroimaging technology in the evaluation of TCM syndrome study were searched in CNKI,CQVIP,WANFANG DATA,and CBMdisc database.The literatures were published from January 1,1997 to December 31,2018.The method of bibliometrics was used to systematically combing the basic information,research design,and research results.The most frequently studied diseases were analyzed.Results A total of 52 articles were selected,of which the proportion of master’s doctoral thesis was 65%.One imaging technique was used in 44 articles,and two or more imaging techniques were used in 8 articles.The most frequently studied diseases were ischemic stroke(18 articles)and depression(10 articles).The results showed that the imaging manifestations of the different syndrome types of the disease were different.Conclusions The correlation between the syndrome type and the lesion indicates that the imaging examination can guide the classification of TCM syndromes.Further studies are needed,and rigorous feasibility of the study design is essential.
