支气管哮喘儿童气质特征的临床研究

目的:了解哮喘儿童的气质特征,为临床综合治疗提供参考.方法:采用一般情况调查表、中国儿童气质量表(Chinese Children Temperament Scale,CCTS)分别对96名哮喘儿童及正常儿童进行问卷调查.结果:哮喘组儿童在气质维度中的节律性、持久性低于对照组,而在趋避性、反应强度、心境、适应性、注意分散等方面得分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).哮喘组儿童节律性差,对事物反应强烈、敏感性高,对新环境、新事物适应快,但持久性低,注意力易分散.气质类型以麻烦型、发动缓慢型、中间偏烦型居多, 而对照组则以中间偏易型、平易型多见,但两组在气质类型分布上无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:哮喘儿童的气质比正常儿童消极,对外界事物反应往往比较强烈,但关注问题比较短暂,注意力易分散.

Study on Temperament Characteristic of Children with Asthma
