| 摘 要： | 本文应用间接ELISA法测定流行性出血热(EHF)病人血清中IgE水平,应用间接SPA花环法检测EHF病人T细胞亚群;并对两者的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,EHF各病期IgE含量均极显著地高于正常人(P<0.001),发热期高于恢复期(P<0.01)。EHF病人OKT_3与正常人相比无明显差异,而OKT_4于发热期、少尿期高于正常人,OKT_8于发热期、少尿期低于正常人,以后逐渐恢复正常。各病期的OKT_4/OKT_8比值与IgE动态水平呈有意义的正相关。

| Abstract: | Kinetic observations on the IgE levels in sera of patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF)were made using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The lymphocyte subsets of the patients were examined by OKT McAb-SPA-rosetteformation tests. The results showed that the levels of IgE in all phase of EHF were much higher than those of the normal persons (P<0.001) and the levels of IgE in fever phase were significantly higher than those of convalescent phase(P<0.01).The number of OKT3 of EHF was the same as that of the normal persons, but the number of OKT4 in fever and oliguric phase was higher than that of the normal persons. The number of OKT8 in fever and oliguric phase was lower than that of the normal persons, but was gradually. recovered after then. The rate of the OKT4/OKT8 was positively correlated with the kinetics level of IgE in patients with EHF. |
