聚山梨酯80对呋麻滴鼻液稳定性的影响

摘    要:目的:考察超声条件下不同浓度聚山梨酯80对呋麻滴鼻液(复方呋喃西林滴鼻液)的增溶作用,筛选聚山梨酯80的最佳用量,提高呋麻滴鼻液的稳定性。方法:用超声振荡仪将呋喃西林进一步粉碎成更细小的微粒,加入聚山梨酯80做增溶剂制备呋麻滴鼻液,样品置2~8℃的低温环境中冷贮3个月观察稳定性。结果:加入0.5%聚山梨酯80制备的呋麻滴鼻液析出结晶少于对照品;加入1.0%与2%聚山梨酯80制备的呋麻滴鼻液无结晶析出,含量符合规定。结论:聚山梨酯80能增加呋喃西林的溶解度,用于呋麻滴鼻液的制备能提高制剂稳定性。

Abstract:Objective : To study the solubilization role of Cpolysorbae80 on Fuma nasal drops under ultrasonic condition, and select the optimal dosage of Cpolysorbate80 to improve the stability of Fuma nasal drops. Method: Nitrofurazone was crushed into small particles under ultrasound conditions, and plus was as solvents in Fuma nasal drops. The stability of the solution was studied by deposit it at 2-8 ℃ for three months. Result: The crystal of Fuma nasal drops with 0.5% Cpolysorbate80 was less than that of reference, there was no crystal in Fuma nasal drops with 1.0% and 2.0% Cpolysorbate80, and the content accord with the standard. Conclusion: Cpolysorbate80 can improve the stability of Fuma nasal drops,it can be used as solubilization of the solution.
