| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗肾虚型习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法80例肾虚型习惯性患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组进行人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）2000u注射，1次／d，至妊娠8周后停止；治疗组在对照组基础上选用自拟养胎汤进行治疗，至孕足月进行疗效判定。结果治疗组总有效率为97．62％，对照组总有效率为81．58％，治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗肾虚型习惯性流产是一种安全有效地治疗方法，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of Integrative Medicine kidney - deficient habitual abortion. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, control group with HCG 2 000U injection, once a day and to stop after eight weeks of pregnancy,treatment group on the basis of control group treatment with self - made nourishing fetus soup, To undertake assessment of therapeutic effects of full - term pregnancy. Results The total effective rate at 97.62% in treatment group, and the total effective rate of 81.58% in control group. The efficacy of the treatment group compared with the control group, better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Integrative Medicine kidney- deficient habitual abortion is a safe and reliable treatment method, and worth to promotion. |
