解脲支原体在几种常见妇科疾病中的感染率分析

目的探讨解脲支原体在我国妇科病人中的感染率，为临床诊断和治疗提供必要的数据和方法。方法运用聚合酶链反应技术扩增解脲支原体MB抗原基因对689例的患者宫颈分泌物进行检测，并统计分析。结果在几中常见的妇科病人中解脲支原体感染率平均为36．2％。经统计分析发现在子宫肌瘤、盆腔炎、宫外孕和功能性出血病人中感染率明显升高，其中阴道炎中UU感染率最高。结论解脲支原体感染是我国常见妇科疾病中的重要致病病源体。

Ureaplasma urealyticum infection rate anlysis in several frequent gynaecopathia

Objective] To research the infection rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum in our country's gynecological pateins.and award the necessary data and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods] Using Polymerase Chine Reaction(PCR) technology amplified the gene of MB antigen in 689 gynecological patiens. Results] The Ureaplasma urealyticum infection rates was 36.2% in 689 gynecological patiens including several the most common cases in gynecology. Through the statistical analysis we found that the infective rates were much increased in hysteromyoma, pelvic inflammation, ectopic pregnancy and functional uterine bleeding. The highest infection rate is in the colpitis patiens. Conclusions] The infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum is a very important causes of normal gynecological patiens in our country.
