4778例重复住院影响因素分析

目的探讨北京市某三甲综合医院2012年住院患者4778例31日内重复住院的影响因素。方法应用SPSS统计软件对重复住院患者的基本情况分布、付费方式、疾病构成等指标进行分析。结果女性重复住院率明显高于男性;医疗保险(18.6%)和公费医疗(14.5%)的患者重复住院率显著高于其他费别患者;60岁~69岁组的患者重复住院率最高,为20.6%。重复住院率前三位科室为肿瘤科(63.1%),康复科(59.4%),血液科(54.9%);重复住院率前三位的疾病为肿瘤(58.5%),循环系统疾病(10.1%),呼吸系统(9.9%)。结论影响重复住院的主要因素为年龄、病种、住院天数、性别和费别。在评价医疗质量时,根据病种情况综合分析重复住院率可作为评价指标。

Analysis of Influencing Factors of 4778 Cases of Re-inpatients

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of re-inpatient within 31 days. Methods Analyzing indicators of basic information of distribution, way of paying and disease constitution of re-inpatient within 31 days. Restllts Women repeated hospitalization rates significantly higher than the male. repeated hospitalization rates of patients with health insurance （18.6 % ） and free medical service （14.5 % ） is significantly higher than other fee. Patients during 60 and 69 years have the highest repeated hospitalization rates （20.6%）. The top three departments are oncology department （63.1% ）, recovery department （59.4%）, hematology department （54.9%）. The top three diseases are tumor （58.5 % ）, circulatory system diseases （10.1%）, respiratory system （9.9%）. Conclusion The main factors influencing the repeat hospitalization are age, disease, hospitalization days, sex, and fee kinds. According to the results above, we suggest that it is necessary to take the rate of re-inpatient as one of the indexes when we evaluate the quality of medical care.
