两次注药结膜下注射方法的临床应用效果观察

【目的】观察两次注药结膜下注射方法的临床应用效果。【方法】100例接受结膜下注射的患者分为两组,每组50例,分别采用常规方法（常规组）和改进的两次注药方法（改良组）进行结膜下注射,观察两组局麻药用量情况。【结果】达到麻醉成功若以注射药液容积0．5mL为标准,改良法局麻药2％利多卡因的用量是0．05mL,常规法则需0．08mL。【结论】改良法与常规法比较可使局麻药的用量减少近一半,不失为值得推荐的一种结膜下注射方法。

Observation of the Efficacy of Clinical Application of Two-step Subconjunctival Injection

[Objective] To observe the efficacy of clinical application of two-step subconjunctival injection. [Methods] Totally 100 cases receiving subconjunctival injection were divided into 2 groups with 20 in each. All patients received subconjunctival injection with routine method（routine group） and modified two-step method （modification group）, respectively. The dose of local anesthetic of two groups was observed. [Results] When the 0.5 mL of injection solution as the standard, the dose of local anesthetic lidocaine was 0.05 mL in modifi- cation group and 0.08 mL in routitie group for the successful anesthesia. [Conclusion] Compared with routine method, the m6dified method of subconjunctival injection can reduce a half of the dose of local anesthetic so as to decrease the probability of the conjunctiva adhesion. Therefore, it is worthy to be recommended.
